Melo Lutheran Church Cookbook Minnesota Scandinavian Recipes 1992

Here is a soft cover comb bound cookbook from the Melo Lutheran Church in Warren Minnesota. This is the church’s 3rd volume from 1991/1992. First volume was in 1961, the 2nd from 1978. This cookbook is in good used condition with just a little wear to the covers and edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains and writing. There are 420 pages—no index with an average of 3 recipes per page. There are construction paper chapter dividers in yellow that stick out a bit from the pages and have a few bumps.

Chapters include: Scandinavian Favorites and Old Recipes, Appetizers and Beverages, Breads – Muffins – Doughnuts, Cookies and Bars, Cakes and Frosting, Candy, Breakfasts, Soups and Sandwiches, Meats and Main Dishes, Desserts, Salads and Salad Dressings, Preserves – Pickles – Jams – Relishes, Fruit of Her Hand, Volume One (1) pages 324-420.
