From the pattern envelope, "Shirt has notched collar, front button closing and slits in side seams. Shirt v.'s 1 and 2 have patch pocket and short set-in sleeves with turned back cuffs. Sleeveless shirt v.'s 3 and 4 has appliqué. Long and short pants have elastic waistline casing. Boy’s pants have fly front opening without zipper."
The printed pattern is complete and cut with transfer included. Instructions are included. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has edgewear, yellowing and marks.
