Here is Butterick Pattern # 5748 UNCUT Misses Jacket, Skirt and Pants in sizes 18, 20 and 22 designed by Linda Allard for Ellen Tracy vintage 1998. Semi-fitted, below hip jacket has collar, shoulder pads, fly front, pockets, side panels, no side seams, and long two-piece sleeves. Semi-fitted, straight skirt, above knee, has contour waist, back zipper. Straight-legged pants have waistband, front pleats, pockets and mock fly.

Waist from 32 inches to 37 inches
Hips from 42 inches to 46 inches
Fabric: Lightweight Gabardine, Lightweight Crepe, Lightweight Linen.
