From the pattern envelope, "High waisted gowns have back zipper. Gown A has lace yokes, collar and hem trim, button and thread loops in back and at lower edges of sleeves; lace train attaches to dress with hooks. Lace trimmed gown B has scoop neck with lace inset, bell sleeves with gathered cap. Gown C has scoop neck, long fitted sleeves with button and thread loops. Gowns D and E are gathered into bonding. Pullover cape E has neck binding, buttoned back neck vent. "

The printed pattern is complete and partly uncut. Instructions are included. The pattern has been stored a long time, and the envelope has edgewear, folds and yellowing.
