EAPG from Boston and Sandwich Glass Co - Gooseberry pattern clear creamer manufactured in the 1870s. The creamer is clear with a band of gooseberries and leaves on vine encircling the creamer with a band of of dots above and below the vine. The handle is a straight cut prism design with a top angle that is very becoming to the otherwise curved design.
The creamer stands 4 1/8 inches tall at the tallest part. The pedastal base is about 2 7/8 inch diameter. The spout is quite wide compared to current standards.
There is some roughness around the top rim and a few fleabites. There is also some roughness and embedded dirt on the corner of the handle - see pic. There is no damage to the pattern or beads and the base is free of any chips. The glass is clear with some some scratching. There are no cracks or large chips. Sits level. Very nice piece for 140 years old.
