This is a watercolor it is labeled at the bottom.....First Balloon and signed at the bottom right ...M. Wilson.

It has some vibrant colors and looks awsome. see pics. My camera has some flash bounce back so pics may be a little bleached. The watercolor is not its just the pics.

The frame is about 12 1/8 inches x 10 1/4 inches x 7/8 inches...the artwork is about 8 inches x 5 3/4 inches.

This item will ship by Priority Mail at 2 Lbs. and includes delivery confirmation.
