I would recommend that your bracelet to be at least 1" larger than your wrist in order to fit comfortably. To get the proper size, wrap a string around your wrist, measure it and add approximately one inch. (example: If your wrist measures 7 inches, you will need about an 8 inch bracelet.)

These bracelets are waterproof, will not rot or mildew, and can be easily unraveled to assist in emergency situations.
