St. Clement Art Deco Hand Painted Bulbous Vase Made in France
This art deco beauty features a stylized deco design in orange, yellow, green and brown enamels on a crackled buff ground. A spectacular hand painted vase by St. Clement France - made as signed in 1932, with the initials I.M.S [or L.M.S?]. This great example of the art deco period is reminiscent of the known style of Charles Catteau for the Boch Freres Keramis.
• Dimensions: Approx. 8.25" in height, approx 6.5" at the widest part
• Condition: Glaze crackle throughout, two small bits of glaze chips on the bottom as seen in photo [Only mentioned in order to maintain 100% accuracy]
