We (Product4u LLC) would like our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
GOOD STOCK RETURNS (non-defective products that are unused and complete in original packaging).
If you (buyer) are not satisfied with the purchase of a Sunpentown product, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be requested via email from PRODUCT4U LLC and must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) to ensure proper tracking and crediting of the return. No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA. The Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping container.
A returned product, including the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories, must be in the original (NEW) condition as it was when it was shipped to you. Every returned item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All Sunpentown returned items will be inspected. Any signs of use or handling will lead to a restocking fee or a refund adjustment depending on the condition of the returned product. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING.
If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, a refund will not be issued for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.). You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide PRODUCT4U LLC with the courier name (FedEx, UPS, etc.), tracking number, and date that the return was shipped. The return tracking information should be e-mailed to PRODUCT4U LLC (at product_for_you@yahaoo.com. The package must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number, or the shipment may be refused.
SHIPPING DAMAGE.
All Sunpentown products ship direct from the manufacturer to you so in case of:
Shipping Visible Damage. If the damage is obvious upon delivery, you should refuse the shipment and note the damages to the driver. The notation on the delivery receipt is crucial in filing a claim with the courier. Then please call the manufacturer immediately to arrange for a replacement.
Shipping Concealed Damage: Please carefully inspect your new merchandize and contact manufacturer customer service within 72 HOURS of delivery to report damage you found and arrange an item replacement.

FACTORY DEFECT.
All Sunpentown products are covered under their respective Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Items repaired or replaced under a Manufacturer Warranty are not eligible for return or refund.
Products with factory defects should be reported to manufacturer customer service within the warranty time frame (1 year from purchase date). Within 60 calendar days of the purchase date, the manufacturer will troubleshoot or send a replacement with a UPS return label at no charge to you as a customer. They will cover shipping both ways. After 60 days, up to 1 year, the manufacturer will only cover S&H costs one way; the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, and the manufacturer will cover the cost to ship the item back to the customer.

REFUSED/REJECTED SHIPMENTS If you (the buyer) refuse/reject a shipment of this product, your S&H charges will not be refunded, and you (the buyer) may be responsible for any return shipping charges.
