BAGDJKIAN, author of THE RAPE OF THE LAND, has just won Sigma Delta Chi's annual magazine-writing award for his story on unemployment published in the Post last year. Producer- director TED YATES, winner of three of TV's Emmy awards, and ROBERT ROGERS, an associate producer and writer at NBC News, tell of the week they spent in Guatemala in the mountain lair of anti-government guerrillas.... ROGER KAHN, whose article on Cub manager Leo Durocher appears in this issue, first met Durocher in 1959, when Roger was a sports reporter on the New York Herald Tribune and Durocher was managing the New York Giants. Kahn worked with him again in 1963, when Roger was sports editor of the Post and Durocher and Edward Linn were collaborating on the feisty manager's memoirs, I COME TO KILL YOU....
