The front says Favorite Expanding Kraftall Visible Index File Check Size No. V-1808-A and US patent No. 1745249. A neat vintage light brown manila file for large size checks with 21 pockets. This is an accordion style expanding file that has lost its top but would still make an interesting addition to your antique country store or an old time office. Aside from the missing cover/flap, a few pencil marks and a dribble on the back, it is in very nice condition for a display piece. The truest color is the photo that shows the pockets with the letters of the alphabet.
It was made in the U. S. A. and displays both US and Canadian patent numbers from the year 1932.
