This is a Japanese Traditional Wapping Cloth, Furoshiki.
Furoshiki is very handy because it is so freely adaptable to the size and shape of the item being wrapped.
It can be also folded up and easily carried the hand or pocket.
It is great to wrap your bento box (lunch box)!

It prints light-blue and small brown polka dots:)
