This is a printed pattern from the 50s or 60s. It is an Audrey Lane Pattern. The pattern has holes to guide the construction of the dress. The dress has two bodices. One is sleeveless with side darts, the other has short sleeves with vertical darts. Both have a slim skirt. It says on the front that this is a size 14. I can't tell but I don't think it has been used.
