This is a new toshoka also known as library debit card illustrated by Shinjo Mayu mangaka's newest ongoing manga in Japan- BLAUE ROSEN or AIWO UTAUYORI ORENI OBORERO from Sho-Comi festival in 2006. TOSHOKA are cards that already have money inside (like a debit card) and you can use it to purchase anything in all bookstores in Japan. This brand new BLAUE ROSEN toshoka has 500 yen (Japanese money) inside.

6. Insurance is optional but recommended to buyers living in the east coast or international.
