Silver thimble with chased floral decoration. Thimble sized 07 on outside. Yellow pencil is in the background for idea of size. Marked sterling silver, USA inside on apex. Also, Shield design with an S in apex center. Possibly early Simons thimble, see photo of mark. Questions welcome. 3/4 dia . x 3/4 high; it is slightly flattened out of round but fits on finger fine.
