Hardcover in green cloth with the title & author's names in gold gilt on the front cover & spine. Book measures about 8" x 5-1/2" x about 7/8" thick. 196 pages, includes Index.

Book is in very good condition. The cover has some edge & corner wear, some scuff marks & the spine is faded. Has a sticker on the end page inside the front cover with the name "Mary L Carson Warren" written in red. Has several pages throughout the book where a previous owner has written in red pencil; short notes such as, "good" or "try" or underlined a line or two in a recipe. There is also some age related discoloration of the pages & some feathering of the page edges.

The binding is tight, the pages inside are clean with none ripped, torn or creased, etc. Cover & pages are intact & all pages are present.
