A sweet dainty antique vintage pillowcase for a custom made pillowcase dress!
Sometimes one comes along that I just love to admire and many have, but this case in an all white cotton, just makes me imagine summer picnics near the water and a little girl being care free with lots of giggles. This case has a beatiful floral design of hand embroidered daisies in sweet colors forming the shape of strawberries. The lovely lavender checks forming the body of the berry truely enhance the whole design. The beautiful green in the stems and leaves top off the wonderful blends of color. The stitches are the tiniest I have ever seen and perfectly done. One word describes this lovely and it's "Cute"!
The hem is done in a stunning hand tatted crocheted lace along the scallop bottom and edged with a sweet pink color.

These dresses were usually worn at tea length (middle of leg calf), or just below the knee, but any length is adorable.
