Shipping:
The machine will be Sent by ship Port to Port, It will take about 20-35 days. Shipping cost has been included from Ningbo or Shanghai port to buyer's country international port. Buyer should pick up the bike from port. If purchaser want us to send the machine to the habitation directly, Pls e-mail us with the detailed address ,nearest post and post code NO. Buyer should charge the delivery cost from port to buyers' home.Some countries will have customs duties/taxes & charges for certain items, which are not included in the item price or shipping charges, these chargers are the buyer's responsibility; These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges
NOTE: All products are shipped FOB. In the event that damage occurs during shipping it is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Warranty
We offer a 12 month parts & battery replacement warranty. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event.
Our warranty is based on the defective part being sent back at buyers cost and then a replacement will be issued.

A: Yes. Our Moped with DOT certified and street legal & can be registered, insured and operated in all 50 states. A helmet & drivers license is required in most states and a motorcycles license may be required in a few states. Most states allow this bike to be registered as a moped which usually means you just need a regular drivers license to operate. Some states like Nevada have no registration requirements on electric motorcycles or gas mopeds under 50cc

A:I am sorry. I can't do this. The regulations do not admit of our doing that. but we can combine shipping your items .
