Otagiri Mallard Collection Paper Clip Holder 1979 Collectible Made in Japan
This paper clip holder is from the 1979 Otagiri Mallard collection. It is handpainted porcelain and was made in Japan. This can also double as a creamer or could be a mini-planter or a scrubby holder. There is a small chip on one of the duck's feet. It is a small chip and only noticeable on close inspection. I have included a photo to show the problem area. The cost has been discounted because of this flaw.
