There are so many that you can plant some and use the rest for cooking or your favorite herbal recipe
A few years back I was in a local park and saw it growing WILD. I took some of the seeds home to try baking with them. My biscotti came out so YUMMY! I had it outside separating the seeds from the husks when I guess a gust of wind or something came by. To make a long store short, it grew in my back yard and has been for 3 years now. I usually get so much that I end up giving it away to my family and friends. They love it. Since it is so fresh, it can be used for many things. I have made: Yummy biscotti, cookies, stews, meats, veggies and more.
My veggie garden is all natural. I am very sensitive to pesticides etc so I don't use any of it. I use my own mulch made by composting.
SIZE & CONDITION: These seeds are fresh and clean. I let them ripen on the plant before cutting them off. Some still have the husks on them The plant itself was over 10 feet tall this year so I had fun trying to harvest them all. I want you to know that no little animals have been able to do their "business" on these, Too high up off the ground. I have no idea how many there are. I just poured some in a glass measuring cup to the 2 ounce mark and took fotos that you see below. THESE are the seeds the winner will receive. These AND all information on Fennel I have gathered over these years.
