The Wine without Rosy Alcohol is produced to answer a request of people wishing to associate dishes, to eat and drink without alcohol. It was necessary to find a good balance gustatory and colorimetric. The choice was essential after many tests as blind men, in laboratory and we arrived at a very beautiful compromise which combines the quality of Cinsault and the aromatic pallet of Syrah. Refreshing, convivial, it is a superb refreshing success for our many months of sun.

The Desalcoholisation process:
Vinified according to the traditional method by the wine growers, the grapes are then carefully desalcoholized. A method patented since 1908 makes it possible to extract alcohol from the wine at - 30 C without causing any deterioration. The wine having been desalcoholized through that process preserves a high quality as much as its physiological principles emphasizing a fruity taste and slightly pricking.
