Customer must e-mail us requesting return authorization. No refunds. Exchanges only accepted within 7 days from the date the customer received the original item. Item must be returned in same condition & with any tags if applicable. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and delivery confirmation cost of exchanged item.
