This vintage bottle or jar is from Woodbury. It appears to be a cosmetic or medicine jar or bottle. It is made of milk glass and has a scroll design enclosed in a box on each side. The bottle is oval shaped with pointed corner seams at the top and bottom of the oval. The jar has a screw top lid that is made of metal.
This bottle is old and does show signs of age and wear. There is a small imperfection along one of the seams. It looks to me as if the seams do not quite match up and this area is a little rough. There is also an area on one side of the bottle where the white of the milk glass is a different shade from the rest of the bottle. The metal screw top is very badly battered. It is dented in numerous places and the paint is flaking off of it. There is a hole in one side of the lid. There are no chips or cracks in the glass of the bottle.
The bottle is marked on the bottom with "0 Woodbury 7" There is also a styalized letter "E" on the bottom of the bottle.
The bottle measures approximately 2 inches tall and 2 inches wide across the bottom. It weighs about ¼ pound unpacked.
