This teacup is white with a white, yellow, red and green floral pattern on one side. There is also brown accent trim around the cup. The cup is porcelain.
The cup is free of chips, cracks and crazing. There are several places, most notably the handle, where there is stray paint. The brown trim has a little bit of wear, especially around the top of the cup. The trim appears to be handpainted.
The cup is marked on the bottom with "Made in Occupied Japan" in red ink. The cup likely dates to 1945-1952.
The teacup measures approximately 4 ¼ inches from handle to rim and 2 ½ inches tall.
