Neat photo of the railroad yards, looks like some engine smokestacks blowing steam, a freight train submerged, I see a sign that says Southern Railway System Freight Station and in front of the building is a HUGE pile of trash or maybe what's left of another building.
The domed building is the passenger terminal, back then just about EVERYONE traveled by train. They might lead you to believe it was "romantic" but I have ridden on trains that only had flat wooden benches, not at all comfortable and certainly not like what exists today. Or even then.
Old picture, some creasing due to handling. Some photos removed from scrapbook, and have old glue on back.
