This is an Antique Looped Handle Philadelphia Sterling Spoon Sterling Silver souvenir spoon 1900?
This one has 5 loops on the handle and is marked Sterling on the back. The bowl has a stylized "Philadelphia" raised in the bowl. The spoon looks like it was hand made by some old Philadelphia silversmith. It is about 4 1/2" long.
These are getting harder to find as more are melted down, never to be seen again. (And that's exactly what I did with most of my Sterling recently).
