The LiftMaster model 971LM is a one-button visor garage door and/or gate opener remote control for the security+ versions of garage door openers on the 390MHz frequency and/or security+ radio receivers on the 390MHz frequency. This LiftMaster 971LM remote works with LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman and other private labeled Security+ 390MHz brands of garage door openers by Chamberlain that have the Red or Orange learn button on the back or under the light cover of the garage door opener manufactured between 1997 and 2005. The LiftMaster 971LM visor remote can be used to replace any of the models of remotes listed to control up to one security+ garage door or gate operating on 390MHz frequency. This item is new in box and includes visor clip, battery and programming instructions.

The LiftMaster 971LM 1-button visor remote is directly compatible with the following models to control up to one security+ devices on 390Mhz:
LiftMaster: 91LM, 92LM, 94LM, 96LM, 970LM, 972LM, 973LM, 973W, 974LM.
Chamberlain: 950CB, 953CB, 956CB.
Sears Craftsman: 139.53680, 139.53681 new part numbers 00953680000 or 00953681000.

Note: Will not work with security+ openers or remotes operating on 315MHz. Use the 371LM that operates on 315MHz available in our ecrater store.
