Item has a couple of flea bites at lower left edge along with a 1/2" tear at extreme bottom central edge. Light fold mark and handling (crinkling) mark elsewhere that is barely noticeable. Overall nice item.....

Ad measures approximately 10 1/4" wide by 13 1/2" tall. Please note that the size of this ad is to big to fit on my scanner properly giving it the appearance that picture has been cropped ....... this is not the case.

Actual item looks better than scan shows. In some cases my scanner left shadowing that appears as yellowing and / or smudging that is not on the actual ad. Ads may have been slightly trimmed on the binding (Inside) edge to remove sloughing and rough edges to prevent rips or tears during handling. Most are ready for matting and framing.
