Judging by the number I would say this was from the 70's.
I thought at first this was Lefton. It took awhile but I found numbers similar to this piece from Enesco. I don't really know who the maker was. The shape really throws me off. Maybe it would be considered a hanky / hankie dish. It is almost to squat for a vase...but, maybe it is. I am sure it could be put to use for other standup items...or, like I have done_just displayed on a shelf.
Worked for me!
The porcelain has no cracks, chips or crazing. The two little specks at the top is gold gilt. The tiny feet and the little toes are perfect!
If you are into Violets...you will most certainly enjoy having this sweet little vase enhance your decor.
Measures: App. 4 " tall and 2.5" wide across the opening.
