Very nice, colorful First Day Cover bearing a plate block (#29038 LL) of the 1967 Voice Of America 25th Anniversary 5¢ commemorative issue (Sc. #1329).
The stuffer card is from Cover Craft Cachets in Paterson, New Jersey, and gives a brief description and history of the "official radio of the United States Government".

Cachet: Multicolored COVER CRAFT design featuring an announcer facing a radio microphone, a series of tall antennas, and a couple of technicians seated at a large control panel.
