This is a Badgley Mischka Vogue American Designer Misses’/Misses’ Petite capelet, top, belt and skirt. Unlined capelet has back button closure and purchased trim. Close-fitting, lined top has side zipper and belt. Semi-fitted, lined, slightly flared skirt, floor-length at center front has waistband and back zipper.
This pattern is rated Advanced and is a new uncut pattern from 2003. This lovely gown is now out of print.
