Very cute little velvety looking tie up the front granny type shoes or boots. I do not know kids sizes. These must be a toddler size 8. All man made materials. Look brand new. They do not have laces.

Measure toe to heel: 6 1/2"
Heel to top of shoe 4 1/2"
