Roland Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar is prepared by fermenting fine selected French wines until the raspberry vinegar becomes sufficiently acidic without allowing it to reach the point of bitterness. It's 7 degree acidity gives it full strength and full bodied fresh fruit flavor preferred by most chefs. Raspberry Wine Vinegar can be used in salad dressings with nut or olive oils. Fruit salads are also enhanced by a touch of raspberry vinegar. It can also be used to de-glaze a pan when cooking chicken breasts or on sauteed veal chops.
