Leci Vintage womens hat 1940s 1950s 1960s Vintage Feather Hat

This lovely vintage hat is from Leci. Feathers are on a felt or wool cap. Feathers completely cover the hat with a swirl starting at or near the top of the crown of this cone shaped hat. Feathers hang down off of the covered brim. The inside of the hat measures 21 inches.
A red velvet ribbon circles the base of the crown. It is in good condition.
