10 sheets of parchment sheet 24x16. These are the sheets resturants/bakeries use to line sheet pans, cake pans, etc. Great to line your cookie sheet with one and bake, you can use the same one for several batches...then just throw away, easy clean-up. I use them to put my caramel apples, divinity, truffles, chocolates, etc on, easy clean-up and the sweets don't stick to the paper. You don't need cooking sprays. Since most home bakers have the 12x16 pans, just cut one in half and you will have 2 sheets for the price of one.
