Rick's Ragin' Island Jerk Rub Hot-N-Spicy is outragin'ly good! Liberally sprinkle it on meat, poultry, fish or seafood before cooking. Or, for a zesty marinade, combine 2 Tbs Rick's Ragin' Island Jerk Rub with 2 Tbs soy sauce and 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Add meat and marinate 45 minutes before either grilling, smoking, baking or broiling.
