These are the stars of my summer garden, attracting hummers several times a day. The large flowers have beautiful bright crimson spurs surrounding a dark daisy-like center. Dead-head for prolonged bloom. The leaves have an extremely pleasant aroma when brushed against. The stalks are significant and sturdy. Plant near a garden bench so you may see the hummers closely in action. This particular Bee Balm is resistant to powdery mildew. They are reliable bloomers and naturalize well, giving you years of enjoyment. Very little care is needed for these beauties, they are very hardy.
