Hilde Walborg Weinberg founded her company in the late 1940's in New York city. Ms. Walborg designed all of her bags herself, only using the finest materials and manufacturing processes available at the time. By the 1950's she had made quite a name for herself and she was the hot designer of the day attending many famous social events. She celebrated the opening of her new showroom on 149 Madison Avenue in New York in 1954. There is no company information available after 1963.
