This was an adzine in direct competition with G.B. Love's RB-CC and Alan Light's The Buyer's Guide. In fact, much of this issue deals with Light's apparent efforts to run them out of business. It seems the impetus was that he felt Mirk-wood was directly copying his own strategies and even ad copy. Such scandal! The evidence provided includes a letter sent out by Light to his advertisers and it makes him look pretty desperate to stay on top. Interesting reading!
Also in the issue: lots of ads, fanzine/comix reviews, a cover by Bill Black (Paragon, Femforce), a comic by Randy Yeates
