A Beautiful and Rare Pair of Antique Georgian Rose Cut Diamond Earrings, Pre-Victorian Era, Later 1700's to early 1800's in Silver and Gold. This rare antique pair of earrings is composed of sterling silver and gold wire tops with antique rose cut diamonds. These are estimated to date to the Georgian Era, later 1700's to early 1800's, making this a rare find. The largest diamond measures about 4 x 3.5mm. There are twenty six (26) diamonds in all. The earrings are done in a floral form, typical of the late 1700's to early 1800's. Overall each earring is about 1 1/8 inches long by about 3/4 inch wide. These early pieces are hard to come by and these are a beautiful example.
