Vintage Gorham Lancaster three sterling silver Five O’Clock teaspoons with rose flower pattern at the top of the handle, first produced in 1897. These 3 lovely sterling spoons have the Gorham hallmark and sterling on the back of the handles. Two of the spoons also say “Ely and Cook” on the handle backs. The placement of the Gorham hallmarks and the placement of the word “Sterling” on the spoon backs is slightly different from spoon to spoon. The fronts of the spoons handles have etched monograms. One monogram says “F. R. to F. L. 1898”. Two of the etched monograms say “F. R., F. L.” with arrows. These 3 charming Gorham Lancaster pattern teaspoons each measure about 5 ¼ inches long. They are in excellent vintage used condition, with minor scratches and minimal wear that you would expect in pieces that were lovingly used over the years. The spoons have been gently polished by hand, and the buyer may want to polish them a little more.
