Lets Bake By Mary Ellis Ames Cookbook 1941 Lets Bake A Handbook of Baking Cookbook is a cookbook for all types of baking. Edited by Mary Ellis Ames.
This is a unique wire bound flip booklet for baking that has helpful hints and tips that every cook should know. Contains 96 pages with many great "from scratch" baking recipes. The booklet has pictures to go with recipes. Front cover shows the words Lets Bake in raw dough. It measures 4 3/4 tall by 7 1/2 inches wide and is in very lightly used condition.
