Clyde Beatty Cole Brothers Circus Poster Roland Butler Tiger Poster
Clyde Beatty was a lion tamer and started the Clyde Beatty Circus in 1935 and continued under this name until 1957 renamed Cycle Beatty and Cole Brothers combined, then in 1981 it was purchased and the name changed to the Cole Brothers Cirrus which still operates today.
This Vintage Clyde Beatty Original Poster Worlds’ largest Circus depicts a lion flying through the air with claws out made from white paper which makes this one orange, red, yellow, green and blue color with block letters. This one was made in the 1950’sand was posted in Ann Arbor Michigan.
This is a great colorful collectible feel good poster that was used to advertise the circus coming to town and one the fun events of seasons.
