Wide Swishy Silky Skirt Very 50s wide skirt that is Union Made. It has a small one inch velvet waistband. A 6 1/2" inch metal zipper and a rounded white button complete the closure. The skirt flares slightly naturally, but with an additional can can it would flare very nicely. The real thing from the 50s-60s
