This Body Glove Behind the Ear headphone set is a product return or shelf pull. It may be missing the 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter. If you need the adapter, I will be sure to include it for an additional $2.00. (It costs $6 at the mall electronics store.) I had to by a batch of the adapters to replace those that are missing. When purchasing, please add the $2 to the payment during checkout if you want the adapter.

ABOUT OPEN BOX / CUSTOMER RETURN PRODUCTS
An open box/customer return item is something that a customer has purchased at a retail store and then returned. The customer may have opened the box, tried it out, and then returned it for whatever reason.
We receive these items, test them, and then resell them. If an item does not appear to have been removed from its original packaging we do not typically open it to test it. We do not have equipment to test some items such as HDMI cables and car stereo cables and will send a replacement or offer a refund if they don’t work.
Sometimes the boxes will be damaged or the item may be missing a part like a set-up CD or a user’s guide. We may remove the items from the plastic mold for easier and less expensive shipping. We’ll state missing parts in the listing to our best ability. Batteries may be dead or not included.
If an item shows any sort of damage, it will be noted in the auction.
PAYMENT: Payment within 7 days from the end of the auction. I accept Google Checkout, PAYPAL and money orders/cashier’s checks. Please inform me within 2 days if paying by money order/cashier’s check AND go through normal checkout process.
UNPAID ITEMS: After the 7th day of no payment, I will start an unpaid item dispute. If I don’t hear from you within two days I’ll leave negative feedback and relist the item.
RETURNS: Please ask any questions before bidding. Returns/refunds are accepted if you receive an item we couldn’t test and it doesn’t work. Shipping charges are not refundable. You must return item in same packaging you received it in. I do make mistakes. Please contact me if you have a problem with an item or receive the wrong item.

We include a tracking number with the shipping purchase. We do not include this in the confirmation email. However, the tracking number is available upon request via email.
