COOKING IN MOROCCO
Published by the American Women's Association of Rabat (only date I've been able to find out about was 1972.) Edited and revised by Helen Kindler Behrens and illustrated by Alison Parker Kenway.
This is a soft cover, comb bound cookbook that measures 5 3/4 inches across and just over 8 1/2 inches tall with about 100 pages. The front and back covers show just a little wear to the edges from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE, the title page has a used book dealer's price and code in pencil at the top corner, otherwise the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Soups, Warka-Bsteeya, Fish, Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Couscous, Vegetables, Salads and Preserves, Breads, Desserts. There is one recipe per page.
REMEMBER----books are mailed via media rate mail to give you the best deal on shipping. The down side is that media rate mail can take up to three weeks for delivery.
