"This guide has been prepared with the sportsman in mind and hopefully will serve as a general reference to sharks taken in South Carolina waters.
For the most part this guide is self-explanatory. The "About Sharks" section is intended to provide the reader with a general understanding of the biology and natural history of sharks and give him an appreciation for their uniqueness.
The "Angler's Key to Shark Identification" is based on gross external features which, when coupled with the detailed descriptions given for each species, should provide a means for the sportsman unfamiliar with scientific and technical terminology to positively identify the sharks found in South Carolina waters."
Softcover book is 8-1/2"x11" and has 74 pages. Includes some great color photos, as well as black and white. Book is in very good condition, some minimal wear to cover.
