Here’s a hard to find cookbook that Marshall Field's published back in 1995 titled:

This hard cover 1st Edition, 1st Printing cookbook measures just over 8 inches wide by 8 1/4 inches tall with 210 pages including index. The front and back covers have minimal wear from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any writing, marks or stains. (I couldn't find anything at all.)
Chapters include: Appetizers, Soups & Salads, Main Courses, Side Dishes, Desserts. The name and city/store of the contributing cook is with the recipe.
