This is a shake-on flavoring for already popped popcorn. Since it's salt-based, you'd use it in place of plain popcorn salt.
The proportions are about the same as Flavacol - about 1/2 tablespoon per 4-6 oz unpopped kernels - except it's added AFTER popping.
4oz will season approx 10lbs of unpopped kernels.
Many flavors are available (such as cheddar, sour cream and onion, barbecue) but currently, we are only carrying Salt & Vinegar which is by far the most popular. Please contact us to let us know what other flavors you'd like to have.
1. Pop popcorn normally.
2. Sprinkle with Flavor Shaker.
TIP: Store your "Flavor Shaker" in an empty salt shaker for ease of use.
INGREDIENTS: Lactose, salt, dextrose, sodium diacetate, malic acid, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent). Contains milk. (KOSHER, NO MSG, may contain traces of peanuts/tree nuts)
