Antique linen placemats or tray liners set of 6 white embroidery threadwork hc2071
A set of 6 pristine placemats or tray liners made of linen embroidered in white satin stitch and divided into squares with rows of threadwork. The embroidery reminds me a bit of Hardanger but I think this is very early Art Deco. The condition is excellent. These mats have been well-cared for and have no holes, broken stitches or stains. They are 10.5 x 16 inches.
